We like to think of our relationship with our clients as a partnership, working toward the goal of making you happy in your home. Typically, we have a (complimentary, of course) consultation where were discuss the goals of the project, any concerns, limitations, needs, desires, and budget. We will likely request to take a look at the space to make sure we choose the right equipment and best prepare for the installation. We will then schedule your installation and provide education on the system. We are then available for support after the sale. There are no hidden charges or hard-sells.
