Symptoms:

  • Device states "no available networks" or fails to connect to the internet without cellular signal


Solution:

  • Ensure computer on same network can access the internet. If it is unable to, see "I cannot connect my PC or Mac to the Internet"
  • On the Apple Device, go to Settings > Wi-Fi and select the home network. A check will appear next to the network when successfully connected.
  • If still unable to connect, select the "i" or "right arrow" to access network settings. Touch Forget this Network.

  • Attempt to connect to the network again, go to Settings > Wi-Fi and select the home network. A check will appear next to the network when successfully connected.
